Caviar Riofrío Raises The Bar On Rebranding | Dieline


Caviar Riofrío is a famend model of caviar based in 1963. In want of rebranding and a assessment of their authentic product picture, they contracted BUENAVENTURA STUDIO to create a brand new look to attraction to trendy shoppers. The smooth jars and selection of deep purple and blue, juxtaposed by the sunshine grey, stand out on a shelf and incite curiosity in comparison with a conventional glass jar.

In 1923, the nice Bauhaus grasp László Moholy-Nagy wrote a brief essay, delving into the function and significance of typography. He insisted that typography “should be communication in its most intense type.”

From this concept, we created a typographic visible system based mostly on the motion of sturgeons, which led to adopting a round form, an icon on the planet of caviar. We selected to combine every of the elements into the branding, with an emphasis on absolute readability for patrons. Because of this, every respective type of caviar is shade coded.
